     Foster Risk Solutions, LLC (FRS) is a professional services firm established in 2014 dedicated to providing independent risk analysis and outsourced underwriting services in the fields of captive insurance and self-insurance.  The clients we seek to work with are entities already involved in or strongly considering alternative risk finance mechanisms.  The suite of available services is drawn from the 20+ years  of experience of founder and principal, Thomas Foster Jr.

     Mr. Foster’s background includes underwriting and business development with insurance carriers, brokerages, captive managers and program administrators.  His technical expertise includes most areas of property casualty coverage with a concentration in workers’ compensation.  Furthermore, he has extensive background in working with loss sensitive programs and alternative risk group plans such as RRGs and group captives. 

     The FRS mission is simple.  It is to provide independent, no-nonsense underwriting review and technical analysis for organizations and their trusted advisors who are already sold on the concept self-insuring risk.
